As the City of Hutchinson Municipal Court Prosecutor and the Stafford County Attorney, Mr. Robinson serves the citizens of Hutchinson and Stafford County. Expungements
We can help you determine your eligibility for expungement and help you effectively remove your arrest and/or criminal record from public inspection. Traffic, DUI, battery and domestic battery are all potential expungable offenses as well as arrest records.
You may qualify for expungement of your juvenile or adult criminal record if the required amount of time has passed, and you have not been convicted of a felony in the past two years. The following criminal convictions cannot be expunged in Kansas:
- Capital murder
- Murder in the first or second degree
- Voluntary and involuntary manslaughter
- Rape
- Aggravated sexual battery
- Sexual battery of underage victim
- Indecent liberties with a child
- Criminal sodomy
- Indecent solicitation of a child
- Sexual exploitation of a child
- Aggravated incest
- Endangering a child
- Abuse of a child
